Data Board

Overview

The Data Board element is intended to show data in a board-style overview. It is suited to situations where grouped or visual blocks are easier to work with than rows, such as status boards, dashboards, or grouped operational views.

When to use

• When records should be displayed in grouped visual blocks
• When status, categorization, or grouping is more important than row-by-row detail
• When the page should feel more like a dashboard or board than a list

Element-specific options

Option	Description
Page	Defines which page or source provides the data
Page search criteria	Defines which records are included in the board
Grouping	Defines how records are grouped into board sections
Card or tile view	Defines how each record is presented inside the board
Header	Defines the title shown above the board
Board actions	Defines which actions are available from the board
Open behavior	Defines what happens when a board item is selected
