New features

Added: Subscriptions and companies

We have added subscriptions with features. To see which features are available for the solution, you can check this in the settings under the Solution menu. On the Information tab, you can see which features are active and which are not.

Added: Subscription system role

A 'Subscribed User' role has been added. This role is automatically assigned to a user who registers through the solution using the Register element. Such a user is referred to as a subscribed user. This user can log in to the solution and is automatically granted this role, which can then be used for further permissions or actions.

In the user management settings, users can be designated as either Subscribed or Named users. Different limits apply to each type of user.

An example of a subscribed user is a "My Account" environment where a user can log in and view or update only their own information.

Added: User profile

Each solution automatically includes a page named User Profile. This fixed page can be used to configure specific user details, such as a photo, name, and solution-specific components. Within the User Profile page, roles can also be applied to define what a user is allowed to view or edit, and what, for example, an administrator can access.

The User Profile page is automatically added to the user menu.

Added: Multi select dropdown

As an alternative to checkboxes, a dropdown has been added for large lists. This is a searchable dropdown where the relevant items can be selected. The selected items are then displayed as chips.

Added: Photo element

We have added a photo element that allows users to upload and modify a photo. This photo can then be used anywhere in the solution.

Added: Data view element

The data view element allows data to be presented as cards distributed across multiple columns instead of a table. You can choose which image to display, set the header, and define additional text. Buttons can also be configured, with actions assigned to them as needed.

Added: Data table with fixed columns

In the Table element, fixed columns can now be added:

• Identifier Adds the correspondence number.
• Creation Date Adds the creation date, which is the date when the data was created.
• Change Date Adds the change date, which is the date when the data was last modified.
