Text template

Text Templates allow end users to create reusable templates that include data from the current page. These templates can be applied to other text fields, automatically filling them with pre-populated data from the active page.

• Select the page that provides the template data
• Choose which fields are available for use in the template
• Optionally include data from the user profile or from the current page

Runtime the user can manage it own templates

New rule operand: On change

A new rule operand, On Change, is now available. This operand allows rules to be triggered when the value of a field changes, enabling more responsive and event-driven behavior.

Send Email Element Improvements

The Send Email element has been extended with additional options:

• Allow emails to be sent only by the user, instead of the system
• Optionally clear related data elements after the email is sent successfully, making it easier to send a new email afterward
