Improvements

• Include page - building performance improved
• Dataview - Can now use a view as a card

Fixes

• Select page option in studio not always allowes the current page to select
• Charts - Gauges not working correct with decimals and colors from KPI settings
• Charts - option 'Forced max scale' was required and causing the page could not be saved.
• Gauge element - Count was not always correct
