Added: ladder presentation to score calculator

The option 'Show as ladder' has been added to the score calculator, which shows a ladder with the score and the measuring points (limits) on it.

When performing the element, the loader is presented with the score and the limits on a scale.

Added: Score calculations with absolute values

Scores were always shown based on a percentage. It has been added that you can now also use the absolute values.

Solved issues

Several known issues are solved.
