New: add grid padding and default label position

Added grid padding and default label position to themes.

• Grid settings are used for the space between the elements (top and bottom). Default is 7px.
• The default label position can be set to left or top. Left is default. Every element the label position is set to Default will be set to this value.

Improvements

• Rendering of the pages is improved for consitent and better positioning nested elements.

Bug fixes

• Fix: iterations of a include multiple page with inline view can not be removed.
