• Include single page - dynamic execute a page from an element (of type Page selector)

Improvements studio page editor

• The page parameters are moved from the settings to the toolbar with the name 'Global'
• The number of configured items are showed by all page releated items like rules, functions, views etc.
• When 'Show info' is used, it now shows the number of roles and rules. Also a tooltip is added with the role/rules applied to the element
• Some minor UI improvements

Bug Fixes

• Fixed: identity - sometimes the email address could not be found when upper and lower case letters were used
